Gerard is the Practice Principal and Clinical Director of Basham Physiotherapy.  He is a highly experienced private practice physiotherapist with an impressive career which includes working in professional sport. Gerry completed his undergraduate physiotherapy degree at Lincoln Institute, and a postgraduate sports physiotherapy degree through La Trobe University. Gerry is passionate about providing the Shoalhaven with premier physiotherapy facilities and prides himself on developing a team of physiotherapists who provide patient focused care.

Brittany is an APA Titled Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has completed a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy specialising in Continence and Pelvic Health. Brittany provides continence and pelvic health services for men and women along with managing musculoskeletal physiotherapy injuries. She has also completed additional training in dry needling and clinical Pilates.

Jade is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University and has completed a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University. Jade has experience working with athletes in a wide range of sports including elite, professional and international representatives. She has completed extensive post graduate training including courses in sports physiotherapy, spinal physiotherapy, taping, dry needling, hydrotherapy, clinical Pilates, strength and conditioning, neurological rehabilitation and women's health physiotherapy.

Boston is a sports focused physiotherapist with hands on experience working inside elite athlete performance environments including AFLW, WAFLW and WACA cricket pathways, along with national level basketball, netball and rugby. He holds post graduate qualifications in strength and conditioning and is commencing a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2026 as he works toward the prestigious APA Sports Physiotherapist Titling pathway.

Boston enjoys working with field and court based athletes, particularly ankle, hamstring and lower limb load related injuries. His approach blends manual therapy with structured exercise based rehab and performance focused strength programming to drive measurable return to play outcomes.

He has extensive experience in match day coverage, performance program development and return to sport progression across multiple sporting codes. Boston works closely with coaches, medical and performance staff to align rehab decisions with performance needs.
